The terms and conditions are as follows:
Cost of room hire for wedding (60 people maximum) £1000
Cost of ground hire for erection of marquee (numbers unlimited) £1500
Cost of hire of room and grounds together £2000 (discount of £500)
Use of historic courtyard for photographs, or for champagne reception £200 per hour or part thereof.
You are free to find your own providers of marquees, catering etc. However we do have a list of those who work here frequently and who have provided the most competitive prices and satisfactory service to our previous clients, and we would be delighted to help and advise you.
Cheques payable to Soulbury Enterprises, Ltd. A deposit of 10% should be paid on booking, which will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to one month before the wedding, but retained in the event of later cancellation.
No confetti on the premises please. Those hiring the location have responsibility for cleaning up after the reception and a returnable sum of £100 is added to the deposit in case there is a mess for our staff to clear up.
We stress that we aim to provide a very personal service, and try to accommodate each person's individual requests. Just as each bride is different, so is each wedding, and we strive to do everything we can to ensure the success of this special day.
